庞林江,博士,教授,现任食品与健康学院(现代粮食产业学院)副院长,甘薯现代产业技术体系储藏与保鲜岗位团队带头人,主要研究方向为农产品安全储藏与农产品储藏装备的研发,涵盖农产品生产过程生产因子与采后安全储藏、营养品质、品质安全的互作等,先后主持省部级以及其他项目20余项,企业委托项目多项,承担农业农村部甘薯产业技术体系储藏与保鲜岗位团队建设,在甘薯的采后安全储藏、品质保鲜方面处于国际先进水平。在《Postharvest Biology and Technology》《Sensors and Actuators: B. Chemical》《Food Control》等期刊发表论文近116篇(其中SCI收录22篇),参编教材3部,省级成果鉴定2项,申请专利80余件,已批专利36件,其中发明专利12件。在农产品加工储藏方面,所开发食品新产品中已有鱼干、薯片、学生餐、年糕等5个产品已上市场销售;在“杨梅”、“蓝莓”、“鲜切蔬菜”等果蔬的贮藏、保鲜方面,开发了专用保鲜装置及其保鲜方法,申请专利约10项,部分成果已投入企业使用,保鲜效果良好,企业效益明显。在农产品加工装备方面,进行了龙井茶炒制机械、淀粉提取分离装备等方面的研发,中试生产样机多台,为农户提供服务。
